Beet Fuel is a nitrate shot. Nitrates are converted in the body to nitric oxide. This creates blood vessel dilation and thus better transport of oxygen throughout the body. Red beetroot juice is ideal for improving endurance and/or sprint performance during races.

Instructions

To be used in cure form 5-7 days before and until the day of the race.1-2 nitrate shots per day. Take the last one 3 hours before exercise.

Do not swallow immediately, but let it 'roll' in your mouth for a while.

Avoid brushing your teeth or using mouthwash shortly after taking Beet Fuel.

The conversion of nitrate to nitric oxide is partly done by bacteria in the mouth (ideally take it just after getting up, as most bacteria are still present then).
